Jesse’s road to hell is paved with intentions far better than Walt’s. You can’t help but see a good heart in a guy that is dealing with such a dumb brain making the decisions.
I want to think the best for him when he crashes out of that gate, free of his prison in the last episode of the show. But deep down inside, you know that he’s going to go back to drugs and escapism because that’s what he’s done the whole time we’ve gotten to know him.
The only thing that I think changes, and it’s a good thing, is the likelihood he seeks approval in others.
